Loud automobile and stero

Does it bother anyone here that people drive cars that are so loud that it causes other car alarm to be activated? Polluting the street environmentally and causing noise pollution. Not to mention the loud radio blasting. I remember when Giuliani was mayor at least he brought up quality of life issue.

Yes, I think Police should crack down on loud cars/trucks and especially trucks/SUVs with a lift kit installed, as those are much more dangerous to those of us driving cars when we get into accidents with them. Lifted trucks should be banned from public roads completely.

True. I watched an opb special and a 2 inch difference can change the accident from a little bent to the dashboard being jammed up on the front seats.

O and you spelled stereo wrong.

My Expedition has a fairly capable sound system that can be as loud as I can stand easily, but I can't hear it 5 ft. from the truck. Good sound insulation.

I have 2 10s in my trunk with 12 factory premium speakers.

It's loud but it doesn't shake any cars or rattle them.

I sounds just right IMO. Too much bass is pointless.

I dont think such a thing would be tolerated in a upscale neighborhood. But hey, were less human I guess.

If I can hear your car from inside my house or from inside my car, I get pretty irritated. In 2+years in my new house, only once have I heard the stereo in a car going by. If they had gone by again or regularly, I'd have stopped them in front of the house and told them that it wasn't tolerated in my nice quiet peaceful neighborhood.
