I have used ACT for my contact management system for about 6 years. I like it because I bought it and so I own all of the data I enter and can continue to work with my clients should I leave this company. Currently I work in 4 different offices/branches and have appoints scheduled by about 12 different people, My company uses Lotus Notes for email and we have been encouraged to use the calendar function and I synchronize a palm pilot to my ACT database.

I want to be able to allow people to schedule appointments and view my schedule through Lotus Notes but not be able to see sensitive information like social security numbers, dates of birth, financial situation and goals and of course my personal notes and opinions of each client, their situation and future plans. At the same time I want to be able to synchronize my ACT database with Lotus so I can see when people have scheduled an appointment for me.

What to do? I have found a few programs but nothing to accomplish this. Any help would be appreciated.
