All of that but they still can't design a better controller.

What's wrong with the controller? They've moved the black and white buttons to the shoulders and made the controllers wireless. That is a definite improvement over the S-Controller.

I dunno, I'd like to see a major modification to modern console controllers. A couple inconsistent analog knobs and some buttons on an oversized hunk of plastic don't really do it for me anymore. I want more control. I want the gaming industry to start looking more towards VR. The technology is becoming advanced enough, but nobody's bothering to stir the market.

Previous employees for Steel Monkey have said it's 3D Studio renders. They are known for being shady and faking screens for financing. I would say that's concept art.

Exactly, actual gameplay will be much less amazing. This happens everytime a new console or highly anticipated game is about to come out, and everytime everybody falls for the hype only to be disappointed when they actually buy the game.

I wasnt disapointed with original Xbox it looked great and sounded great... PS2 was crap though

it should be made a felony that sony has a deal with square on final fantasy. i cant even imagine what Square would do with XBOX/360 capabilities...

Guess you'll need to keep an eye out for the Nintendo Revolution then. Supposedly, Nintendo is making the entire controller pressure sensitive.

I really don't see VR coming to the market anytime soon. Too much of a radical change. I see a gradual progression in that direction over the years though.

Uh, PS3?

i seriously doubt they have maxed out the power on xbox1. ps2 probably with GT4 already. but xbox is so much more powerful, a shame to see it die so soon 🙁

a trend now is that each console only has one or two killer app and its off to the next gen console we go. pretty sad if you ask me

I guess you can take heart in the fact that some of the original square developers started their own company and are working exclusively with XBox360 then.

Yeah, but the sites are saying it won't be shown tonight.

Ok then. Maybe not. Guess we'll have to wait for E3 then.

You'd think they'd show at least one game off tonight....geez.

I don't expect a major change over night, I'd just like to see some progress. Though I can't say I'm not excited and giddy over the screenies and specs of the 360 and PS3.

PS3 will lose its shelf life quicker than the ps2 did.

If the only mascot parading with this revolution is Mario... I think I'll pass.

PS3 doesn't use UMDs.

Yeah, let's start the revolution. If we start now we might have 10 games by the end of next year.
