My favorite charactor in the movies is Theodin. I just think his voice is so cool. As for the books, it definitely Gandalf.

Aragorn.

A leader, but for need, not prestige. Powerful because he does not want power. Much to admire.

i liked the character, i liked the actor that played him and i liked the way that the actor portrayed the character.

But also Frodo, because he has such purity, as well as strength, wisdom, and compassion.
Frodo is a dumb ass... He's so fcuking dumb listen to Smigol, almost fcuks it up for all man kind because he too, couldn't resist the power of the ring. And what kinda fcuking friend that would tell you to go home (leaving his friend on a cliff) after Sam followed him almost to the end of the earth, and then Sam ended up having to save the stupid biotch's life....

LOL. I was clapping when Frodo got stung by the spider as I thought he died. Unfortunately he lived. :(

i'd read the books so i KNEW frodo wouldn't die, but without question, Elijah Woods is the worst actor in the series of films. shoot most of the extras probably could have done a better job.

I would have to say Sam. He was a loyal friend, and stuck by Frodo no matter what Frodo did. Every hero needs a loyal friend.

For many reasons, Theodin as portrayed in ROTK is the one I identify with most.

I liked him a great deal as well.

I'd say Aragon and Sam. Sam because he is a true friend, just as RishiS stated above. Aragon because he didn't ask for the seat of the King, he didn't even want it. He is a true warrior.

I'd say sam because in the entire trilogy totaling in at about a bagillion hours of screentime, he's the only one we can concretely say got any nookie. Sure, you could say that aragorn and arwyn fooled around a bit and it'd PROBABLY be true because of that whole child vision thingy, but they both seem to decent and likely waited some time after the film. Sam's the kinda guy who just picks up his beer, pulls a long draw and ends up with the blonde waitress. To top it off, you KNOW BEYOND A SHADOW OF A DOUBT that he was knockin boots cuz he's got the kids.

That is all.
