Lost Win 2000 Pro Admin Password

I'm trying to access a pc, that's loaded with windows 2000 professional. The owner has forgotten her login password . I could just do a total wipe, but that is a last ditch option, as the owner has files she wants to save. Has anyone had any experience with resetting the admin password in a situation such as this? Also, she purchased the pc used and did not get the win 2000 disk, or I would try to make a boot disk from that source... Any help or sugguestions would be greatly appreiciated.Bang Head

Thanks guys....This is driving me crazy. I tried this http://www.loginrecovery.com/instructions.html , but onceI got to the command prompt , the menu wasn't the same as shown on the help page. I saw that it is running caldera dos ver 7+. Don't know if this will make a difference, but I'll keep trying. I'm gonna give Austrumi, http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/austrumi/austrumi-0.9.2.iso?download a shot.

I've successfully used this utility a couple of times, both with a CD and floppy boot disk.
