i think when they interviewed the director, he said it would not be that. Hope what he says is true.

Sydney will do battle with Locke, and then we will find out the Rimbaldi artifact is on the island, as well the cure to cancer and the question to "Life, the Universe and Everything", whose answer is, most assuredly, 42.

There certainly will be a next season, it's a huge success. It was on one of those news shows last week with interviews and everything, they couldn't believe the high ratings. And the purgatory thing is confirmed to not be true.

If I remeber correctly they showed the sculptor who sent that package making whatever she fedexed. Been a long time since I since this but they either showed it or I assumed it was her artwork.

Nope. They never did. They show her shipping an the item, but not packing it or anything. The directors always said the contents of the package was an "emergency GPS-enabled/based solar-powered satellite telephone."... just for kicks.
