Lost Planet dx10 issues

I just downloaded the dx10 version of the lost planet demo from filefront.com. I installed it and then when i click to start the game it says im missing d3dx10_33.dll. Is this demo fake or whats goin on?
 
Well, this is one of the other Lost Planet threads, but get the latest DX9 runtime, from April 07. They didnt include it, to cut down on the size of the demo. But its needed to run. Or you can just dl the .dll itself, and copy/paste it to the system dir.
