Lost Overclock

Stability is still nowhere to be found but I HAVE upped the clock speed at which it can't be found. I'm now sitting at 3.68 Ghz on my Q9450. Specs Below.

Question is: core 4 keeps failing a few seconds into prime. I have about 6 trials where i change various values (Core GTLs, vPLL, vFSB, vNB, NB GTL, etc). Obviously i don't expect to drunkenly run into a perfectly stable setup this way but at the same time I shouldn't be getting consistent results when changing so many variables.

Values:
vCore = 1.4125 (1.4 windows)
GTL (0/2) = .635 (even tried up to .68)
GTL (1/3) = .650 (even tried up to .685)
vPLL=1.54
vFSB = 1.32
vDRAM = 2.0
vNB = 1.4
NB GTL = .655 (up to .67)
vSB = 1.2

The only things i havn't tried varying is the vCore and the vSB. Don't want to increase vCore (unless you think running ~1.41 24/7 is safe) and vSB shouldn't matter.

Thoughts?

i think you can try upping the vSB a little, maybe to 1.25v or 1.3v, and the vNB might be able to be raised to 1.45v if raising the vSB doesnt help much.
