There is a group/company that makes software called "Advanced Recovery for... " they MIGHT have an outlook version. I believe it is just a brute force program - which means it uses either a dictionary with possibilties - OR it uses completely random strings of letters and numbers, depending on what you want it to do. I would recommend deleting outlook if there is nothing important, but if not, you will need to brute force your way 🙂 Unless of course there are other more elite ways of hacking the program (I am SURE there are, but I don't know any) in which case this may be the wrong forum for you.
