Lost my USB key today

I last backed up on November 13, 2008. Oh, precious hours of my life 🙁

Does anybody know how to have Windows back up a removable drive every time it's inserted?

I use Windows Live Sync (WAS FolderShare before being bought out). Sync my important school files across 3 different computers. Additionally, it lets me access files on all 3 computers (not only the ones that are synced) via the web.
