Reported the acccount stolen.

Got me a new phone. i did take my old phones IMEI down just incase this would happen.

I am wondering in what position I am in. I am wondering if I can call the GSM Providers here(Rogers and Fido for my city, and now they are joint) to see if they can run the IMEI To see a current user? because the phone was actually mine.

I actually forgot it at a restaraunt, my first phone. And that preteen waiter took it. Because when I came back 25 mins later, it was gone. It was a dead afternoon @ Montana's. I'm wondering if I can do a T-Mobile stunt and get this girl to capitulate

It was a Motorola V3x 🙁

Thats what I"m wondering Altonb.

I had my bluetooth neveron discoverable it would only go on in 3 minute spurts, but I allowed my friend to pickup my phone when it's in the vicinity so we're gonna go there and check.
It was a pretty penny, around 400 USD When I bought it, I got a black 8800now.
