the original pilot was cut into two different episodes (what is on wednesday nights). this will be the entire two shows combined as they should have been.

I heard an interview on the radio about the show. Sounds interesting. (I don't watch much TV so I'll probably never see it) They mentioned it is filmed in Hawaii and all of the locals kept calling 911 because of the plane on the set. They all thought there had been a real crash. 😀
The only other spoiler they gave away was that the "monster" was not a dinosaur, and that it would have a very minor role in the rest of the show.
Yeah, the monster sounds metallic like a rusty door slamming shut when it steps.
The show has been great so far.....very very layered. These whole two episodes so far have basically just been all establishing the openness...they are specifically discounting any plot or story limits you may be wanting to establish as the viewer. It's hard to explain, but, basically they're setting the stage for a show that, like Alias, can swing wildly in any direction and focus on any character and still remain plausible and interesting.
Also, lucky for us, every single survivor appears to have a dark past.
Is the black dude, the guy who played Mercutio in Leo's Romeo And Juliet?
from the flashback of the druggie dude running from the flight attendants... it looks like the plane is enormous.. could have very many survivorsOriginally posted by: Fiveohhh
The story was pretty good, but there were some parts in the beginning that were TOO far stretched. Like that many people surviving a crash that big...the engine still running. I thought the second part was awesome.

that is very true, i didn't think of that. however, it still just seems a little farfetched in general about how many people survived. i mean the doctor guy woke up in the woods, how the hell did he get there, and hardly have a scratch on him?
all in all i think he show is great so far. just some things are a little too corny for me however, like the way the doctor has become their 'leader' and what not. the whole brother/sister characters are pissing me off, as are the asians because i want to know what is up with them 🙂
EDIT: also, were those supposed to be shrooms he was eating? was kind of hard to tell, but i couldn't think of any other drugs you take that way heh.
they mentioned they were about 1000 miles off from Fiji. That's nowhere near there if I have my Earth right.Originally posted by: dc
