Lost a partition need help

I was trying to use partition magic to merge two of my partitions to make life easier but now I am worse off. I set it up to merge the two last night and I woke up to it giving me an erro Something like 1132- Margin Header error. It rebooted and now my D: partiton is one, in partition magic C; is just normal but D: appears as unallocated space. I assume that all of the data is still there just not accessible. I depseratley need to get to this because I stupidly did not back up or create a rescue disk, and all of my finacial records are on this partition.

Any help on adding this back is really appreciated.

So I went ahead and created the partition to see if anything could be found on it with the recovery tool, and it was a bust so unless anyone can tell me anything I think I have lost everything.

Looks like ontrack's program is gonna get my stuff back, though everything has lost its names, at least I have it back.
