Lost a $10 roll of quarters

I'm assuming the parking brake is housed inside the plastic center console with a rubber gasket where the parking brake arm is?

You should be able to pop-out the plastic cover where the parking brake arm is located and take out the roll of quarters with your hand.

Get 5 or 6 big guys and roll your car onto it's roof, shake it around a little, and hope the quarters fall out.

I doubt I would bother taking apart the e-brake console just to get 10$ in quarters. Unless it was blocking use of the e-brake or something.
