Sayid confronts Ben's spy on the freighter, and Ben urges daughter Alex to flee Locke's camp in order to survive an impending attack. Guest starring are Cynthia Watros as Libby, M.C. Gainey as Mr. Friendly/Tom, Mira Furlan as Danielle Rousseau, Tania Raymonde as Alex, Blake Bashoff as Karl, Marsha Thomason as Naomi Dorrit, Ken Leung as Miles Straume, Jeff Fahey as Frank Lapidus, Kevin Durand as Keamy, Anthony Azizi as Omar, Fisher Stevens as George Minkowski, Grant Bowler as Captain Gault, Jill Kuramoto as female anchor, Galyn Gorg as nurse, Starletta DuPois as mom, William P. Ogilivie as Gus, Francesco Simone as Arturo and James Locke as mechanic.
 
Libby! Oh man, this is going to be awesome. Last episode before the month-long hiatus, so it's bound to be good.
 
Crazy chick who was in the mental hospital with Hurley, who she ironically also began to form a relationship with while on the island. I believe she was a psychologist.

Michael killed her at the end of season 2.

That was her.

Libby was in the hospital with Hurley, but Hurley does not know - at least I don't think he does. She remembered him, though, and I think the twist was she had a crush on him in the mental hospital, and then on the island Hurley had a crush on her.

I may have just made that up, I don't remember. They never went into her character much but said they would in the future. My guess is this is the future - especially with Michael back - him having killed her and all....

Going to be in a car driving to Michigan, so i'm going to miss it. So upset. From everything i've read about it sounds like its going to be a great episode.

I just watched seasons 1-3 again.

I think that's in your head. They were together yes, but they are oblivious to each other's presence in the hospital. She just once said, "Have I seen you before?" and that was that.
