So what the heck is hurley gonna do? Throw himself off the cliff now?

Notice the numbers of the people who died in the accident. 23, and it was designed to hold 8......both numbers in the 4-8-15-16-23-42 set

Here's what I think, Hurley is telling himself the island is not real, to have an excuse to kill himself.

Wow...so if true, does this mean that everyone killed on the island, is just waking up from a coma or catatonic state in real life?

That would explain why Locke can walk...in his subconscious. All the mysterious appearances.

AND THE "OTHERS" ARE THE DOCTORS TRYING TO SAVE THEM!!! Think about why they were trying to take Claire's baby. If she was pregnant in real life...and in a coma...then doctor's would be trying to save the baby??? I dunno.

whoah! Interesting episode...


remember last season though, when the back stories were woven into the plot progressing...now it's like a whole episode for backstory, no plot progression. Having said that, I loved the twist even if it was obvious.
