would you guys continue to stay at this job?

I don't think I can anymore

Talk to the guys above you and express your concerns (not yet to the person who has expressed only the negatives). If the pay is good, stay while you look for a new job.

Regardless, whether or not you want to stay with the company is up to you, get your ducks in order and plan ahead for contingencies.

How long have you been at this job...

Do you like the job outside of the review issue?

How much experience do you have in your particular field?

if you value yourself others will see value in you. I would go find another job.

Ultimately your biggest problem is she is female. In my entire career I've never experienced the level of absolutely unwarranted cock blocking from any male superior, only women (directly and indirectly observing others).

I'm sorry. =/

I agree. Female boss and you are fucked (not literally either).
Time to look for a new job. Oh, and stop working late. Obviously it isn't paying off.

maybe you should communicate with your upper level boss better so she doesn't think you're a douche
