I'm sure we all have lost our cool at work, however, I'm getting to the point where I lose my cool on a daily basis. I'm thinking it's close to the end of my employment since I'm basically very unhappy with my job right now.

For example, had a little push cart which I couldn't get the handle off of since the posts were painted. After about a minute of trying to get the handle off, I quickly picked up the cart and slammed it down. Everyone looked at me - boy what a fool. Anyway, the guilt is starting to build. Quit or change?

I been fired from two jobs for going off. The first time it was just yelling the second time I teed off on a guy and lit him up behind the managers desk. It was funny watching her scramble out of the way.
I have since mellowed.

Dude...if your job is the only reason you are acting like this than do yourself a big favor and quit. If you lose your temper outside of your job somewhat often then you need to learn a lot about anger management and control. Either way, do something about it. You'll live longer.
