Losing my voice

Yeah, I seem to be falling apart in my old age (27).

I'm losing my voice. I believe it's from the sore throat I got from puking all night long on Tuesday night.

My throat isn't sore now, but does hurt if I cough. Will cough drops or anything else help or do I just need to wait it out?

Lubricate your throat by drinking water. If that doesn't help then you may need to get that checked out. Chances are, you may have a cold.

you sure have been unhealthy lately. i know we all get sick, but maybe you need to look at your diet, exercise and sleep habits and get your body in a healthier state?

i still say you have something viral going on.

yeah, i definitely don't lead a healthy lifestyle but before this year, i've rarely been sick and never really had any medical problems.
 
Last time I lost my voice was over a year ago in Thailand. Not pleasant. At least for me, I just needed to take it easy, drink plenty of liquids, and wait it out. If it persists longer than 2 days, you might want to get it checked out.
