I need to get it back by tomorrow night.
Is it possible?

Avoid cold stuffs, and salt + little warm water may help, you can try tea with ginger.

I hated when the school nurse perscribed a warm, salt-water gargle for my sore throat! I mean, it hurt so much that I couldn't even swallow my saliva.

"I'm eight and my Mom is at work. Do you have something stronger? A soothing lozenge, maybe?"

Nurse: "No. Sorry."

not much you can do since it's likely caused by a virus. just rest your voice and i've heard that breathing in moist air may help.
good luck.

You got the herpes in your throat. This is not the way to get promoted.

Yell at the top of your lungs to get the evil demons out of your throat. You might have to fight them when they come out, though. Oh, and if you stop posting on AT it will help too.

Yes, do 1/4 tablespoon of salt with 8oz of warm-hot water and gargle in small doses for 5 minutes. Your voice won't completely come back but it helps the sore throat. I'm just getting over the same thing. Also I found children's triaminic (the orange kind) works really well, just sip it throughout the day. Get lots of sleep. This is the first day I can talk in about 3 days lol.
