My gf is away again and I want her to come home to a pleasant suprise.. Lost 6 pounds in 2.5 weeks on atkins so far and will like to add a pretty intense amount of exercise to the mix to speed things up - any suggestions?
I currently weight 241 and my goal to weigh 180 by my next birthday (2/04).. I have a treadmill and one of those total gym machines.. Any suggestions?
P.S. I just started doing 20 min on the treadmill x4 days a week and 15 min on the total gym x3 days a week.. I'm starting slowly and will hopefully build up my tolerance soon..
