I searched the registry, services, and every other part of my computer.
Then I found it. The file adds a little flash program to your desktop and renames it "desktop.html"
If you have it, search for the file (press "windows key + f", or go to your start menu and find files), delete the html file and the accompanying flash file.
Lop. It's Spyware to the max.
