A number of things have me wondering.
At the end, Sara touches dead Joe above the ear like she does with little rainmaker. Are they hinting that little rainmaker and Joe are related or are the same person with alternate timelines.
Sara knows about loopers and such (looks suspiciously like the blonde child of the blonde prostitute). Could she be from the future or could her future self give birth to little rainmaker in the future and she brings him back in time to keep him safe but future Sara is killed either by some hired gun or rainmaker. Thus leaving past Sara to raise future Sara's child in the past, leading to a future rainmaker ( who was born in the future, raised in the past, and dominant in the future when he grows up).
Little rainmaker, says things like, "I won't let Sara die this time" and things like that. This further implies that Sara is the mother just not past Sara...yet. Implying that he has seen her die once in some previous timeline, which I don't understand. Can his psychicness allow him to retain memories from parallel timelines? is he just clairvoyant?
Sara appears to be a stronger than average TK. Perhaps each subsequent generation is stronger...implying she or her future self may be the actually mother of TK rainmaker.
Perhaps 2 of the 3 children are actually the non-grown up versions of rainmakers parents. They will grow up and create little rainmaker in the future, who is subsequently brought back in time to grow up concurrently with his parents.... I'm getting kinda tired at this point.
