nice gun. that is more my speed tho. no gun rack in my jeep yet, but then i don't hunt much anymore or target shoot for that matter. and yes, i do realize that's not a hunting shotgun.

Why the heck do you need an FFL to get one of those? It even states on that page that one is not required.

the thing you probably read is for incomplete guns (like the ar15) or ammo.

I you live out of state, a FFL holder has to take reciept of the weapon, (any modern firearm) when shipped. If you live in AZ, they'd sell it to you after a background check.

ah okay. it says right under that about not needing one for ammo, so i wasn't sure if you just read the wrong part or not. btw dude your gun is out of stock according to the site.
