Well, I am about to try it out on my new Athlon64 rig. Just to clear something up, I received a PM indicating that the thread I was participating in concerned FaH, not FaD. Is 2039 not the TeAm number for FaD?

I input 2039 in the box for my team number. When I click save, I get an error message that says [CGIREG](1023) cgi reply not valid. Any idea what might be causing that? Might just be bugginess with the new system.

I was signed up on my old build but it died before I got to return a single result. Where can I check to see if it actually shows me as being on the TeAm? Do I have to have sent in a completed result first before it will show?

Hmm, told it that my 'Net connection might be in five day gaps just to be safe, and it only downloaded one job. About 40% done with a hit already.

I have found that if I don't go back to the first setup screen ( Member Details) before clicking save it will do that sometime.

Yes you have to upload some completed work before you will show up on the team .
You can check you stats
http://www.find-a-drug.org.uk/frame.html
or
http://fad.tastats.com/
or
http://woo.gotdns.com/FrameStats/

Check this thread if you're running linux, it might help.
Think you have to return a result before you show up on the stats.
Edit:
Here's another one from someone running XP
And here's another :D

You can manual have it download more work if you like but it will try to get more work when it runs out

You can plug that old HD in as a slave and more the data over to the new one that way.

PM was probably in response to your message in this thread: http://forums.anandtech.com/messageview...atid=39&threadid=1529968&enterthread=y

That one is about F@H

PM was a few weeks old, from back when my old build died. I just made that post.

My bad, I should have clarified. :)

Well, it doesn't seem to be the NVidia firewall that I am using with my new motherboard causing the problem. I disabled it completely and still got it. Oh well, the first one is 45% done and it won't let me get any more right now. Guess I will just watch and see what happens.

I've got it plugged in, and recovered all the stuff on the D: partition. I can't access the stuff under the document folder for my account, though. Neither can I get it to acknowledge the files I had on my desktop when that was my primary drive. :( May have to rebuild the old comp and fix the Windows problem it was having. :-/ I posted in the OS section to see if anyone has any ideas.

Is a processor rating of 192 good? My machine was really ripping through this unit until it hit 53%, now it is chugging.

Try here
Don't forget, the FaD stats update every 6 hours or something like that.

Find a drug updates every six hours so it could be a little while before you show on the stats.
