Looks like Trump is heading to Scotland the 19th.

Scotland’s Sunday Post has reported that Prestwick airport, near Trump’s Turnberry golf course resort, has been told to expect a US military Boeing 757 that has occasionally been used by Trump, on 19 January.

The report said that speculation over a possible inauguration day drama has been fuelled by sightings of US military surveillance aircraft circling Turnberry for a week in November, doing possible advance work.

“It is usually a sign Trump is going to be somewhere for an extended

What do you think he will be doing? Besides that is dodging lawsuits and indictments?

I was thinking the same thing. Don't they have a sub base somewhere to the north?

Also, it pisses me off the tax payers will be on the hook for this trip.

but only one way...right? After the 20th isn't he on his own?

it would be hilarious if AF One refused to let him board after noon EST.

One way sounds good. Sorry Scotland, he's your problem now. <evil grin>

Nah, I couldn't do that to Scotland. I would chip in some of my covid check to send him to a shithole country via coach class of course. :p

I thought he was going to have a rally and a fake inauguration on the 20th. Hopefully if and when he comes back to the US he'll be arrested the moment he steps off the plane, with live news coverage of course. Congress needs to address the ridiculous notion set forth by the DOJ that a sitting President can't be indicted. Someone had been smoking too many horseshit cigarettes when they came up with that garbage. He should be indicted ASAP just for his call yesterday. I'd give up my second covid check just to see the sorry SOB rot in jail for the rest of his life.

Once he is no longer president does he have any sort of diplomatic immunity or could Interpol come and chat with him about any of his shady dealings?

Nope. This is why he wants to stay in power so badly. He will lose all of his immunity. I think he's in real big trouble in Georgia. The Georgia DA has already said that she will enforce the law without fear of favor. Trump put himself in a very difficult position. Those MAGA tears are going to tase so delish come Jan06.

AFAIK, once he's out of office, he's fair game for any police agency...of course, they'd have to get by his secret service detail...

Perhaps, he's already been summoned?

He can do the rally the same way he did his New Year's Eve party at Mar-a-lago. They'll love him anyway, regardless. Scotland just just rumor at this point. In his place, I'd scoot out of the country to avoid the threat of immediate indictment over the pornstar payoffs. He can't even play "it's not illegal if the President does it" because he wasn't President at the time. That's just the start of it.

Assange’s extradition denial was a covert signal to Trump that the “newly independent” UK would protect him from US prosecutors.

Technically, the aircraft he'd board after noon EST on Jan. 20th cannot be AF1 because AF1 is only designated to an aircraft when the President is on board. Trump, after noon on the 20th, won't be pres., thereby won't board any aircraft designated AF1 unless with the current pres.

This is either a smoke screen or is really dumb enough to think they will let him leave the country. He is the biggest security liability in the world. Could you imagine if he somehow ends up on a submarine to Russia?

Jesus this has the makings for a James Bond movie.

If Boris is super bored of his job then that would be one way to quit I guess.

Funny if he was 25th’ed mid air and AF1 quietly turned around and landed on US soil with a “welcome home” party.
