Pretty cool stuff, no? Well it's gotta be better than working for SBC DSL. I'd rather tell people how to fit their card in their camera or install software than apologizing for service being down, ugh.

It's not what I want to do for a living, but it will do me well until I get my masters.

Hey, now that's different. You don't hear someone saying that every day. :) Cool stuff.

Remember:

"Miss Jones...have you removed the LENS CAP from the lens?" "Yes...that would explain why you couldn't see anything. Now, press the POWER button."

"Did the display pop up? No...nothing is supposed to jump out of the camera, Ms. Jones....the DISPLAY...the little screenie-thingee? Can you SEE anything?"

"No?" "Interesting....have you changed the batteries lately?" "WHAT?" "You didn't KNOW your digital camera needed batteries. *sigh* OK, now, Miss Jones....."

Exactly! If the camera isn't broken... every call will have to be either that, or a USB driver problem (which I don't mind, I never really mind problems that I can fix). So much better than people complaining and yelling and cursing at you because their DSL service isn't working when all I can do is send it through to be fixed even though that isn't ever good enough.

And on average, an extra $.89 per hour. Almost double the drive though, ugh.

At least now I'll get a set schedule and weekends off though (as opposed to starting anytime from 7am to noon and HAVING to work weekends, but at least that was only four days a week).
