Looking to refinance auto loan

ANy experience with some of the lenders who advertise online (i.e. capital one, rategenius.com, up2drive.com, etc...).

I refinanced my car through HSBC and am happy with my decision. They got me a lower interest rate they I had through Capital One and the customer service is alot better. I tried to stay with Capital One and hoped they would refi me into a lower interest rate, but they didn't seem to concerned in retaining me as a customer so I switched.

I have an HSBC credit card and i swear, each time i called in i got a customer service rep that was either from russia or india. ughhh

My current interest rate on my loan is 6.65%. What are you guys getting elsewhere?

EDIT: Looks like USAA is offering 5.39%, but haven't applied for that yet.

Their auto finance division is based in San Diego (I believe). Every time I call I get someone who speaks English well. Must be seperate from their credit card division.

i refinanced through eloan and have only been marginally happy. They don't send you statements in the mail and the online account management is pretty much worthless.
