Been looking at benchies but none accurate compare.

Plus I am on e8400 4gb ram and 400w psu which the 7750 will work on

I agree with the 7750 99%.

What games do you play, and do you use any GPU accelerated CUDA software that might work better with an nVidia card?

It's possible the extra few bucks for a 7770 could be worth it, or you might want CUDA. More information means better recommendations.

OP as long as you have a decent quality 400w psu with around 26A - 28A on +12v rail go for a HD 7770.

also you picked a HD 7750 DDR3 version which is much slower than GDDR5 version of same card.
