Anyone know of any good places online that list houses for sale that DON'T give you a big run around .

I'm looking to make a cash offer on a house thay needs some work as I don't have a LOT of cash, and like doing my own work.

BTW: I'm looking for a house in or around Eugene Or.

Don't try to buy a house in Newport, RI right now. Real Estate is THROUGH THE ROOF! 1 Bedroom Rents starting at $800-$1000 a month! Lowest priced house on the market in town is $145,000, and that for a house that's been comdemned, and has about a 20x25' lot! :Q Getting real hard for us locals to even live here. Stupid tourist town!
Local rag of a newspaper just did a week-long feature about the over-inflated, rediculous real estate market.

Thats about what it's like here now as well.

Word got out that Eugene Or. is a GREAT place to live. Now all these folks from Cal. are moving up here and driving the home prices through the roof!!

Compaired to Cal. the houses are CHEAP, so they sell there house down there and come up here!
NOW the people that have lived here a long time can't afford to buy a house.
