Looking to add front panel mic and headphone ports

I just got an Xonar DG and would like to use the mic and headphone headers to move those port to the front of my case. However my case doesn't have front audio ports. So I figure I could drill some small holes and mod them in some where. I found this http://www.frontx.com/pro/p110_030.html, but does anyone else sell something similar. I have found a some front port bays that have audio, usb, firewire, etc. But all I need is the audio, plus I don't have anywhere to plug the usb and firewire cables into.

If this is your board then there are two red USB 2.0 connectors for panels on the left side.
I re-used a case from 2003 with a nice front panel, with a 1156 MSI board, it just works.

I am using one usb header on the motherboard to go to my case's front usb ports that are built into the case. I am using the other usb header on the motherboard to go to a face plate on the back of the case. I don't really need 4 usb ports on the front, so I put a pair on the back. Anyway I really just need a headphone and mic port.

It's not really what you were asking for, but when I needed replacement front panel audio ports (the ones on my case had deteriorated from years of plugging and unplugging the jacks, and I couldn't resolder them) I instead opted for this:

Basically I just keep the headset plugged in all the time and then hit the switch whenever I need. It'll probably cost as much or less than a decent 5.25" bay with audio ports, and in my opinion is more convenient too.

edit: the caveat is that with this device you can't use desktop speakers and the microphone at the same time without manually swapping the audio jacks. It's not something I have a need for, but just so you know.

Yeah, but I don't have enough usb headers to fill all the ports. And, I don't have a firewire header. Really just looking for the mic and head phone. Does Radio Shack or some one just sell the plugs with wires coming out that I could I then wire into a 4 pin header? May just get the ones in my OP. Just seems strange know ones else makes a similar product for modding. I even thought about putting them on the side of my case where they would face me.
