Samsung R Series NP-RV509-A06IN (Dual Tone Silver Black)

i found this samsung notebook , it has amazing config with good price . need expert guidance if i can go with it or any other product my budget is 32K and basic needs are i3, 3gb ram , good display and battery backup.
