Looking for Web Designer / CSS person

I'm working on a PHP project and have been focusing most of my time on developing the functionality, not focusing on the design. I threw together something pretty tame and it doesn't work great in IE7 (firefox isnt too bad), but I'm looking to spice it up. Honestly, I don't have enough man-power to work on both and make great progress so I come to you all.

I cant offer money, as this is more of a hobby than a business opportunity, but if at some time in the future it becomes a money making venture, I'd be more than happy to include you in the proceeds.

I'm pretty sure people who rejected doing pro-bono work for websites like Facebook are crying now ... Modeps has a good site, but it's understandable that he doesn't have the time to code AND design.

Yep, I've checked them out before. Nothing there really grabbed me enough. I guess beggers can't be choosers though, right?
