Two person office "optimally" looking for VoIP provider in order of importance:
  1. High-quality voice and reliability,
  2. Easy to use interface,
  3. Good training guides or customer and technical support, and,
  4. Optimally "integrates" with basic "client management" solution.
We currently use RingCentral and find it matches 1 above, but horrible on 2 and 3.

We have used MarketCircle's Daylite, but it has very weak "integration" compared to many other Client Management and CRM applications. FYI, integration means that when a call arrives, it automatically identifies the caller and presents client management solutions interface for quick note/information entry during the call.

We have used many google search approaches...but cannot detect "spin" (advertising) from the truth...

Thanks, Nospinplease...

Does your ISP offer a VOIP solution? At our work we switched from Comcast's VOIP to Verizon's VOIP and it's been fantastic.

Thanks Daveybrat...
We are new to AnandTech...when you receive my response, does AnandTech add an advertisement on it like they did to your response?...do you know?

Also, thanks, we have Comcast, but only for VoIP access...we want some provider that integrates our CM or CRM, whichever we end up with.
