i heard it between 3 to 9 years ago
sung by a woman
i think she's either american or canadian
but sung in english
i think music video had silouettes (or looked kinda artsy/dramatic) maybe
had a jazzy/poppy sound to it... almost melancholy...

if i figure it out, i'll post it but the names of the singer/song elude me.
