Looking for Stress Test that Raises Memory Timings

Hello:

Awhile back I remember an article mentioning a program that not only stress tested the RAM, but would slowly increase the memory timings and would suggest something aggressive yet stable. Does anybody know of such a program, or something like this? I should have wrote it down!

I've looked at MemTest, Memtest86, MetTest86+, and Sandra but can't find anything quite like this.
