looking for specific fan controller

hey guys... and gals,

Im looking for a simple fan controller that has atleast 4 switches... not knobs, just gotta be 4 toggle switches on/off. and it can be fore any drive bay size... link me one if you know of any. all the ones i see are knobs.

this is just gunna be used for my case fans, when theyre all on my comps still quiet, its just when i go to bed (im in a dorm) the case is right next to me and id just like to be able to turn off the case fans because they make more noise then the cpu fan.

This may not be what you want, but it's a great yet simple fan controller. It does have precision knobs, but they have a click-on capability above which they increase the fan speed. It's the Sunbeam Rheobus. Unfortunately, and I see your point, you'd have to not only turn them back on, but set them according to your preference after you wake up the next morning . . . Still, not a terrible problem. . . .

hmm cheapskate huh? 😛 -- if so -- make your own -- radioshack has all the parts -- 4 swiches might only cost you $4 🙂

yeah im thinkin thats what ill do... was thinking if i could find one for like $10, id just get it, but ill probably just make mine, brother has one with 2 toggles, got it along time ago and only cost him $3, figured 4 switches shouldnt be much more expensive
