Hello,

I'm looking for a "thing" same as a Talisman , so I can make forms, buttons, shapes, everything ... BUT I want to do that everything in "naked" mode, and then just apply different themes ...

and in Talisman, as I understand, you have to redo everything for a different theme

That "thing" you are referring to is called a desktop shell. A shell is the graphical user interface of the operating system. Talisman is a shell-replacement program as it replaces the Windows shell.

The best shell-replacement program I have worked with in the past (I've tried them all at one time) is LiteStep. You learn how to do a theme by redoing someone elses theme, then you can make your own from scratch. LiteStep is also more resource friendly than Talisman, BTW.
