Looking for some VCD newsgroups.

Uhmmm...*cough**cough*..I thought you would ask for VCD Help forum or something.
This is not a very appropriate question to ask nor the place to ask. Unless you mean actual Video CD's and not the downloadable ones..But I'm assuming you're looking for the second one..
