Looking for some suggestions on cooling my new system

This is the case that I have (in black):

One thing that I really love about this case is that it is dead silent. I have never had a system as silent as this, and I love it. Never appreciated it before.

One problem that I ran into is that the window door has some sort of 80mm sidefan exhaust (for the CPU I think?). The problem is that I had to remove the funnel on the inside of the door because my arctic CPU cooler was running into it.:

So it looks like I have a 120mm fan in the rear and a possible 80mm in the window door.

I was at Microcenter the other day and was comparing the 120mm fans. The customer rep was horrible and didn't know anything, so I am turning to Anandtech.

I did pick up this 120mm fan for $11 (see specs on the web page below):

Hydro bearing sounded cool but is that as good or better than ball bearing. My understanding has always been that I want to stay away from sleeve bearing and go for ball bearing. This sounded like a good deal at 1500 rpm, 58 CFM, and hydro bearing for $11.

Is this hydrobearing?

Anyway, I was disappointed that it didn't have any LEDs but it seemed like a performer. I figured that I could get LEDs on my 80mm fan.

Do you have any recommendations for 120mm or 80mm fans for my case? How is the 120mm fan that I picked up?

Also, how should set up the fans in terms of intake and exhaust?

Finally, one thing to note is that my office was added as an addition to our house and isn't insulated well. In the winter, it is very cold. I have been debating whether I even need cooling?

If you wish to keep your PC as silent as possible, stay away from adding 80mm fans if possible. Generally the smaller the fan is, the louder it is.

I'd suggest isolating that office of yours. It is probably driving your heating bills way up. But at any rate, depending on your hardware, and how cold it is, you may be able to get away with passive cooling. This is not the same as no cooling. If you can give more information about what is inside your rig you will receive a more definitive answer.
Or you can try the time honored method of giving it a shot, and seeing for yourself. As long as you have a heatsink attached, you should be able to fire it up for at least a few minutes.

When it comes to cheap, yet quality fans (for both performance and decibels) Yate Loons are pretty good. They do have a sleeve bearing, but as long as you don't mount them horizontally it shouldn't be a problem. If you want even more control over performance and sound you can get a fan controller as well. A simple Sunbeam Rheobus sounds like it would suit you fine.

Here are my system specs:

Asus P5N-E SLI
Intel E7400
Nvidia 8400GS (to be upgraded later)
3 HDs (I plan to RAID 2x 120GB drives and the other 1 is just there temporarily)
1 DVD burner
ATI PCI TV Tuner card

So you didn't answer my question about hydro bearings or the fan that I picked out. Comparing specs to the yate loon:

Xilence: 21.2 dB, 1500 rpm, 57.91 CFM, hydro bearing, $11
Yate Loon: 33 dB, 1650 rpm, 70 CFM, sleeve bearing, $10

Looks like more bang for the buck with the Yate Loon, but I am still wondering about hydro bearing versus sleeve bearing.

So it sounds like I should just put the grill on the window door and leave out any 80mm fans?

one last thing...now that I have taken that exhaust funnel off of the window door, I need to add something in its place to grab the screws coming from the outside grill and through the 4 holes in the glass.

See this picture for details one what I am referring to when I say "exhaust funnel" on the inside of the door and grill on the outside of the door.
