Looking for some quiet case fans. Any suggestions?

My current case fans are pretty noisy when running at 100%. I've been thinking about replacing them with some Scythe fans. Can anybody tell me how quiet 28.00 dBAs sound like? I've been looking at the Scythe S-FLEX SFF21F 120mm fan which pushes 63.7 CFM @ 28.0 dBA and also the Scythe Minebea NMB Silent IC Series which supposedley pushes 75.9 CFM and runs at 31.0 dBA. Does anybody own these two fans, and could I get some feed back on those who own either one of these fans? Does anybody else have any suggestions for fans that move a lot of air with relatively low dBAs?

I have the S-Flex and they do move a lot of air. It's pretty quiet. Only downside is they are VERY expensive.

I also have some Yate Loon 120mm fans too and those are about equal to the S-Flex IMO. They are even quieter, move a lot of air as well, and a lot cheaper. I have about 5 case fans, most Yate Loon and 1 S-Flex and I can't hear my computer over my small ceiling fan.

This might be a better solution for you.

All of my fans are sleeved bearing crappy case fans. When I slow them down, they're silent (and still move adequate air).
