I wear Old Navy Khakies for work; they've lasted me for over 2 years now, and they look (relatively) nice, IMO.

Arizona jeans suck, but I like their khakis.

Go to the mall. They have a lot of sales going on in the mall nearby. Shirts are like 75% off etc. I'm sure you could find some nice pants. I too have worn a lot of jeans and its now time for something else.
