Looking for some lugnuts

1988 GMC Vandura 2500. Upfitted by some company that I can't even begin to remember (Nor can dad).

A few years ago, some prick stole a lugnut. We spent like 6 months looking for a new one - they aren't factory, none of the auto parts stores had anything like it. Eventually, we found the original upfitter, and they sold us one.

Now we need 5 more - and completely lost the contact info.

So, back in '88, who converted full size vans with proprietary lugnuts from hell? Vague, I know, but heh. Details tommorrow.
 
How are they proprietary? Are the like the kind you use with draglites or are they just a special finish or....?
 
If all else fails, you're gonna have to get them machined. Maybe a machinist can tell you who makes them, or at least the specs of them so you can cross reference with other companies who resale the parts.
