Looking for some good FPS games!

I have finished HL 2, FEAR and Doom 3. I have BF 2, its good but I am not too much into online games like this or squad based games. I like games like HL 2 and FEAR as you have to solve things, have Unreal Tournament and the older version of Quake, they get old after awhile. Need some suggestions! Thanks!

What about older FPS games? System Shock 2 is an old, FPS/RPG hybrid classic, and requires some thinking.

If you havent played FarCry you are missing out.
If you prefer story-based games to tactical games I would also suggest Quake 4. I thought it was much better than Doom3 all-around.

Serious Sam 2 is supposed to be pretty good.
If you dont mind checking out some older stuff you should also look at Jedi Outcast and Jedi Academy. Also Max Payne 1 and 2.
I know those are all 3rd person shooters but I think they have much better gameplay than most of the new sh1t these days.

COD2 would be a good pick if you want single player. To me, it didnt seem all that different from COD1, but still a VERY enjoyable and intense campaign.

Far Cry and Q4 are decent IMO, especially the former at only $20 or less.

Serious Sam II - out late last year - for mindless shooter fun . . . hordes of enemies on the screen at once and the weapons to deal with 'em . . . nice gfx too . . . bargain bin now ~$20

System Shock 2 -- heavy atmosphere and character development
