Looking for Software that Downloads Website to HD

I know I've seen this before, but I don't remember the name. It takes the contents of a website and downloads it to your hard drive, so even if you're not connected to the internet, you can still look at the site from your hard drive, and it's like you are connected. Can anybody help? Preferrably free software.
