Looking for SLI mATX Motherboard

Hi Everybody

Looking for a motherboard that supports SLI but in a mATX formfactor. So far I have only found this one so far.

Has anybody any experience with this board?

Also, has anybody seen any other boards?

Thanks in advance.

OMG, they're finally selling them separately from the Hornet system!!!

Personally I wouldn't bother with SLI though. It already takes up so much PCB space and with mATX there won't be much space left over for expansion. Much better to just get a single fast card, and replace the card (sell old one to help fund new one) for upgrades. For instance there's already talk about the Geforce 7900 series, and Gainward is making their "Bliss" series of cards, with a rumored Bliss 7800GTX with 512MB RAM running at 2GHz and core running at 650MHz!!!

Scott66 your cutting your options way short for a good SLI box. Personally given the cost of a nice SLI system, I wouldn't bother with it, unless your going to do it right. You won't find much of any decent boards supporting the smaller factor yet, but later down the road possibly.

ALOHA

SLI is a waste of a money , considering the factor that u require a good CPU ( preferably a Dual Core ) , high -performacne gaming rams , and good PSU ( which cost more then $80 ) , and also a good case .

i better that u buy a non-sli mobo and place a better high performance card like x1800xt , x1900xt/x .

Peace & ciao !!!

I do agree that SLI is a waste of money, but for different reasons. You actually don't need a "good" or dual core CPU, don't need expensive RAM and don't need a good case. A good PSU is required, though.

Here's the reason I think SLI is a waste... the next gen card will outperform two current gen cards in SLI.

SLI for SFF might be a bit much in terms of thermal management.

Two relatively high end vid cards will throw some heat.

1 card and better thermal performance is better.
