looking for simple inventory/order program

I need a web-based interface for a simple inventory management / "order" placement / "sales" system (there will be no actual orders or sales, just transfering items from one group to another). It should be searchable by user, item etc.

I am looking for something really simple, ideally add-on for CMS (Mambo, Drupal or something else). Any suggestions?
