Looking for silent (or V. quiet) and cheap case fans in UK or US who ship to UK

[Confused]

i'm doing some case mods at the weekend, cos i'm gonna have access to a Dremel and drill etc, and need some silent or quiet fans. as the title says, they have to be available to be shipped to the UK or buy from the UK, but when doesn't matter, cos i can just cut the holes and not put any fans at the moment.

any information on makes/models of quiet but high(ish) CFM and any links will be greatly appreciated.

Overclockers.co.uk do a range of fans, most of them are fairly loud afaik, but you can always run them at 7v to reduce the noise,

BTW how does one run them at 7v, i read it somewhere but can't remember, and i haven't looked at a physics book in 4+ years so my electricity theory is a bit foggy.

eg: ys-tech 120mm 105cfm £9.20
ys-tech 120mm 135cfm £12.00
3 different 80mm fans for between 5 and 6 quid.

I recently bought a FOP38 and some ram off of them and they seemed grad to deal with, quick delivery on the stuff too, if you get to them before 4 i think it is they'll ship that day, so you might even have the stuff tomorrow morning in the post

you didn't say what size fans you wanted! you could look at this site though not the quietest or here

i'm not totally sure what size fans i want atm, but i know i've got a 92mm fan in the bottom of the case now, but i've measured up (with a dead CDR ) and a 120mm fan will fit. i'm also looking to add a blowhole to the top, and one over the CPU, and also an 80mm for the PS. b4 i buy anything or cut any holes i want to check out prices, CFMs (so i can get about equal thruput) and noise.

my aim here is quiet but cool
