Looking for silent HSF that keeps CPU cool for S775

I am looking for HSF for my silent S775 system. It will be cooling a Intel E8400. I would like to keep the CPU cool as possible while still having low noise. Looking for something under $50 shipped. I have used Zalman 7x00 series before for my S775 e6750, thinking might get one of those. However, my Zalman seem to be running bit loud for some reason. Any suggestion?

Should add it need to fit in to a Antec P182 case. Also, I will be using a GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P motherboard. According to 1 newegg review the ZALMAN 9500A is very tight fit for the GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P. Would refer a decently easy enough install.

Sunbeam Contact Heat Pipe sinks..

Ummm almost any sink will do a good job on a 45nm C2D.. they dont put out a lot of heat, and when it does, it means air isnt going to help.

Xigmatek S1283 fits in my 300 easily, is near silent with the included fan, and dead silent using it fanless (only raises temps by 1-2c for me, even with most of my case fans off)

Xigmatek S1283 looks interesting, anyone actually runs it fanless? Looking at the review it seem to fit my MB and "just fits in my case". I think one review said only 1cm space left in P182 after install of HSF. Though I hear the Xigmatek S1283 fan is loud compared to rest of my quite P182 case.

I am planning on eventually moving this build MB/CPU to Norco case that has 1" less depth. Turns out most the 155mm depth Heatsink won't work for this. I need something under 125mm or so.
