Looking for Second Monitor

I need to replace my second monitor.
My video card is:

• Chipset: AMD Radeon RX 480
• Video Memory: 8GB GDDR5
• Max. Resolution: n/a, supports 4x Display monitors
• Input: 8Pin PCI-E power connector, output: DVI-D Dual Link, 2x HDMI, 2x DisplayPort

I usually use the second monitor for videos or web browsing while gaming on my primary monitor. Is this any good for the price?

I'm looking for this size or a little smaller with a price range of $100-200 but I'd like it to be towards the lower end unless I'm going to get significantly more value going higher.

Does it have to be new? I'd think you could save yourself a few bucks getting something used, since it won't be your primary anyways.

Note: this monitor does not have display port, I assume you have VGA/DVI/HDMI. Also, this is an LED monitor. If you stick it next to an LCD monitor there will probably be color differences you can't compensate for with settings. The LED might be brighter/more vibrant, where the LCD looks more muted/natural.

Sight unseen, it looks like a good buy at either price. New FHD monitors don't get much cheaper. Reviews are good at Amazon and even better at Best Buy.

Best Buy does have cheaper options - they usually have pretty good deals on monitors.

If you can, go to Best Buy and take a look at them. If you can't I don't think you'll be disappointed. I only saw two reviews that said they didn't like the image quality out of about 85 reviews. You can't please everyone.

I don't think so. True LED monitors are generally referred to as OLED. I believe the one linked in the OP is LCD with an LED backlight, which is very common these days. I was confused by this at first as well. Old fashion fluorescent backlit LCD displays are very rare these day. They are mostly LED backlit LCD.
